We are reaching out to share an important update to our insurance policy procedures.

Beginning January 1st 2026, our office will no longer automatically submit predeterminations to dental insurance companies, except in the case of major treatment.

Because every insurance plan is different, we kindly remind our patients that it is their responsibility to understand their individual coverage and confirm whether upcoming appointments or procedures are included in their plan. If you would like us to submit a predetermination for any recommended treatment, we are more than happy to help—just let us know, and we will gladly send one on your behalf.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you of our missed and late-cancellation policy:

A non-refundable $50 fee will apply to:

  • Missed appointments (no-shows)
  • Appointments cancelled within two hours of the scheduled start time
  • Appointments we are unable to complete because insurance coverage questions remain at the time of the visit, leading to unexpected open chair time
